Home Builders Association of West Michigan Is Here For You!

The Home Builders Association of West Michigan, Inc. (HBA West) is a group of home builders and associate members from th.e West Michigan coastal area.

We have been serving Ludington and the West Michigan area for decade including the counties of  Manistee, Mason, Lake,and Oceana.

The goals of the HBA of West Michigan are the growth and development of our members so that we may be an asset to the communities we serve in West Michigan

We are concerned with promoting affordable home ownership for young and old, and being a conduit for effective communication between builders and potential home buyers in the West Michigan area from north of Manistee to south of Shelby.

We not only build homes, retirement homes, garages, pole barns,and  decks, but we  do remodels and upgrades.

We promote professionalism across the industry by holding continuing education classes for builders and teaching seminars on various subjects striving to aid our  members concerning changes within the building industry like changes in codes and safety issues.

Monthly membership meetings are  held on the first Thursday of every month Luciano’s at Ristorante at 6:30PM.

The HBA West sponsors a major yearly event:
